Chapter 7

So guys it's been 8 months since my last blog post. Quite embarassing.

In August 2024 I was in Scotland and wrote my blog from there, which I think was quite cool but yk it was kinda 8 months ago so that's not so cool that it took me 8 months to start writing another contribution.

But let's make an summary of the last 8 months:

-August

In August-September I was in Scotland with a friend, it was amazing. Salomé started her degree program, so she's quite busy. Moloxy was laying low.

-September-December

After I came home from Scotland I started working at a new job. It was really great but also really hard with Moloxy and everything else on top. We had a market in September and one in December (Christmas market) both markets went great. I decided for me that I wanted to work a bit less at my new job to invest more in Moloxy because I really see potential here :) and it really makes me happy to make jewellery. Everybody always says to do the things nthat you love and then when you actually work less at your main job to have more time to do exactly that everybody is judging you... not so nice but I couln't care less hihi. I'm a baddie Ik :)

-January

In January I started to work with a 80% pensum in my mainjob and 20% for Moloxy.

We launched our new jewellery collection with gold / silver jewellery :)

February-March:

We had a photoshoot in February with some models and captured absolutely stunning pictures. (I was one of the models myself :) In March, we reached 1,000 followers on Instagram—guys, WE LOVE YOU!!!!! We also created some cool videos to share on our social media :) Our posts are quite consistent, and I think it looks great because we don’t just upload jewelry; we also share some behind-the-scenes content, models, and various projects. There’s a bit of everything. You often see me on our socials since I’m the one who loves to create content. My sisters don’t want to be a big part of our "Moloxy-Face," which I understand, but I also think it’s a bit sad because it’s always me in the pictures, and people assume this is my business.

April (now):

We’ve received some orders, which I think is great because we have really cool stuff :)

Right now, we're planning our summer collection, which will be released in June. #underthesea #mermaid

My goal is to write a new blog post each month summarizing what we’ve done! #proud :) In the future, we will look back at this blog and laugh because we’ve changed so much.
